TRUE OR DARE

While traveling through the southern provinces of China, I came across an interesting phenomenon - an unprecedented market for commercial photo sessions in a traditional style.

In small tourist towns, most people on the street are dressed in traditional clothes, and one gets the impression of being immersed in a medieval Chinese abandoned world. But after the first dive, it turns out that every second door is a production studio with costumes, makeup artists and photographers who are always ready to complete a complete transformation of any passerby in an hour. Families with children, couples in love, and just single passers-by come to such costume studios to get transformed.

That's why it's always interesting to try to determine on the street - is this really everyday wear, or a short costume day? Can you tell who in these photos is wearing casual clothes and who is dressed up for a special occasion?
